Isaac Dakota Casados brings nearly 20 years of experience at the intersection of renewable energy, public policy, and Tribal economic development. He has partnered with more than 100 Native Sovereign Nations to advance millions of dollars in clean energy projects—including solar, wind, and AI-integrated data centers—designed to foster energy independence and long-term economic growth. His work emphasizes building sustainable, non-gaming revenue models that strengthen Tribal sovereignty. In addition to his consulting work, Isaac has held senior leadership roles in state and national political organizations, where he championed equitable representation and helped shape policy on infrastructure, equity, climate, and the energy transition. He also serves as a general partner at one of the nation’s largest Native American venture capital firms and is launching an Indigenous Global Organization (IGO) to scale economic development and investment across Indian Country.
